1) Administration of services & processing of fleet related fines.
2) Administration of various systems to include in house Fleet management database and various government portals.
3) Administration of procurement activities.
4) Establish relationships with operational teams to support systems usage relating to Fleet & Fuel administration.
5) Interface with group IT.
6) To support and develop the administration team to maximise innovation and a 'can do' culture
7) Ability to cleanse and realign existing databases
8) Good Excel skills (including Vlookup & formulas)
