Fleet Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join an established agricultural business based in Micheldever near Wincheter. This is a full-time position on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities as a Fleet Administrator:
- Assist with licence renewals, manage and review all documentations including V5s etc
- Update driver hours and vehicle records on the Vision Platform
- Manage infringement, maintenance schedules and more
- Carry out vehicle maintenance administration duties
- Arrange MOT and any other services that need to be carried out on the fleet
- Arrange any short-term vehicle hire required, create invoice and POs for these
- Deal with the day to day duties for anything relating to the companies fleet
Requirements:
- Experience within a fleet/ transport role
- Proficient IT user
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Available immediately
- Own transport due to rural location.
Our client is offering a 6 month fixed term contract with a salary of 28,000 - 30,000 per annum depending on experience.
