Hours of Work: Mon – Weds 9am – 5pm, Thurs 8am – 4pm (office) and Fri 9am – 5am (WFH).
Purpose of role:
To Support the Account Manager and Handover Centre Manager in producing daily reporting and
analysis to manage a fleet of 5000 vehicles. To progress all vehicles through the process from vehicle
ordering to vehicle handover, highlighting and resolving any issues. To actively support the handover
centre team with customer facing initiatives.
Areas of responsibility:
- Ensure exceptional handover experience for all customers, adhering to customer standards and expectations.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports in line with customer requirements.
- Continually evaluate processes end to end, identifying efficiencies and improvements.
- Collaborate with the management team to suggest improvements in managing the customer journey.
- Regularly check fleet data and reporting systems for anomalies, proposing resolutions.
- Oversee vehicle progress from order to handover.
- Assist the Handover Centre teams with scheme member enquiries, emails, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
- At least 3 years' experience in a customer service role.
- Data analysis experience with very strong Excel skills, resourcefulness, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong administration skills with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Collaborative working skills to effectively engage with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively present data to all levels.
- Proven team player with the ability to take ownership of specific tasks.
- Ability to prioritise workload based on risk factors.
- Capability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
