We are actively looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team based full-time out of our Great Dunmow office.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management

• ­ Booking in MOT, services & any repair work
• ­ FORS Accreditation audits
• ­ Daily review of vehicle reports, acting with urgency on any defects or issues engineers have noted
• ­ Responsible for the management of 45-50 vehicles

Buyer

• ­ Purchase orders
• ­ Make sure warehouse stock is available at all times
• ­ Handling same-day purchases and requests
• ­ Managing onsite generators and plant hire
• ­ Generating reports for plant hire
