We are actively looking for a Fleet & Purchase Coordinator to join our team based full-time out of our Great Dunmow office.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Management
- Responsible for the management of 45-50 vehicles
- Booking in MOT, services & any repair work
- FORS Accreditation audits
- Daily review of vehicle reports, acting with urgency on any defects or issues engineers have noted
- Ensure vehicles are checked, serviced, repaired etc. within deadlines.
- Arrange new driver details and maintain records on the FMS
- Process details of vehicle fines, congestion charges etc
- Co-ordinating the relevant paperwork for Accidents / Incidents
- Coordinate delivery and setup of newly purchased vehicles.
Buyer
- Raising purchase orders
- Speaking to suppliers
- Helping maintain warehouse stock availability at all times
- Handling same-day purchases and requests
- Managing onsite generators and plant hire process
- Generating reports
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fleet management experience
- Buying management experience
- Able to manage people efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Proven skills in MS Office packages
