- O license holder and accountable for compliance including registering on low emission zones, relations with DVSA, maintaining vehicle administration.
- Weight check provision for the small vehicle fleet.
- Compliance to O licence requirements through the management of Digitacho, vehicle downloads and driver infringement reporting. (WTD)
- Maintenance of the fleet database and external partners systems (MARS / Ford live).
- Cold chain validation, mapping and calibration programs to ensure compliance to GDP requirements.
- Accountable for the transport operation audit programme including agreeing audit format, frequency and communication of results and corrective actions.
