Our client, a successful Asset Management company, based in central London, is looking for an experienced EA! This role will be to cover a 12 month fixed term contract in a Float position, therefore you will need to be available immediately. The successful EA will be used to working across time zones, supporting multiple senior level managers. Your diary management will be second to none and you will have extensive experience of having booked worldwide multi-stop travel and a high volume of scheduling. They are looking for an EA who has an excellent attitude and is happy to help out wherever needed. In addition, you will be used to working in a high pressured and fast paced environment, and be looking for a busy role you can thrive in.
Duties will include:
- Complex diary management
- International travel arrangements
- Project support
- Expenses
Requirements:
- FS experience
- Available immediately
- Happy to support a variety of teams / personalities
