Float Executive Assistant / Ea

This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a successful global organisation based near Victoria Station. They're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / EA to come in and work as a Float EA on a 12-month contract. The role will involve: - managing a diary and day-to-day communications (you need to be good at building relationships), organising travel & producing itineraries, preparing complex documentation, updating the in-house database, providing project management assistance, expenses and reviewing monthly invoices plus more. You will be required to work 3 days in the office and the other 2 from home and the hours are 9-6 with an hour for lunch. It’s a busy role so ideally, you will need to have similar EA experience and enjoy working in this type of position.
