```Duties```
- Operate sanding equipment to sand wood flooring.
- Follow specific instructions and blueprints to achieve desired finish
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Clean and maintain sanding equipment to ensure proper functioning

- Proficiency in operating various types of sanding equipment
- Knowledge of different sanding techniques and finishes
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Essentials

Working away from home is required in commercial settings.

you must hold a full driver liscnece

CSCS card is desired but can be completed if you are selected.
