Fm Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Murray Recruitment has an opportunity for an FM Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a national FM provider. This position is a mobile role working on various commercial contracts between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Excellent opportunity to join a thriving business with plenty of on-going development across the business.

Within this role, you will be responsible for carrying out all planned, preventative and reactive maintenance with additional small works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient engineering maintenance and reactive works whilst providing excellent customer service to the client.

Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Undertake all Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance working within busy, commercial contracts.
• Carrying our additional small works as required within the contracts.
• Assisting others to ensure the overall FM service delivery- working as part of the mobile maintenance team to ensure all client requirements are met.
• Act as a Safety Person when required.
• Make sure that works are progressed in line with current company procedures regarding on site Health and Safety and comply with current regulations regarding both Electrical installation and Electrical record keeping.
• Represent the company at a site level and promote the company's capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Time Served Electrical Apprenticeship (SVQ level 3 in Electrical Engineering ideally).
• City & Guilds BSth Edition.
• Awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Happy to obtain a Disclosure Scotland.

Package:

• Salary: up to 36,000.
• Van + fuel card.
• Hours: 8am - 4.30pm 40 hours per week.
• Holidays: 32 per year.
• Pension.
• Overtime available.
• On-call 1/5 approx.
