One of the leading maintenance contractors are currently looking to recruit a Site Maintenance Supervisor to work at a high profile building based in Central London.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Managing the planned and reactive maintenance schedules
· Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated
· Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis
· Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels
· Maintaining site based records and log books
· Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures
· Maintaining excellent relationships with the client - face to face, telephone and email
· Ensure that method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed and utilised for all tasks (PPM's and reactive)
Essential Requirements:
- City and Guild electrical qualification or a subsequent course
- Previous experience working in a facility maintenance or building maintenance role.
- Previous experience managing/supervising
- Understanding of electrical installations and repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Package Details
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Time: Mon - Fri, 8-5 - + overtime + on call (allowance paid for on call hours)
Location: Central London
