SalaryBerkeley Scott is working along side a beautiful small boutique hotel, situated in Argyll.
We are looking to recruit a live-in FOH supervisor to coordinate dinner service and manage guest bookings, arrivals and departures. Candidate should possess leadership skills as well as skills coordinating front of house, basic hosting duties for reception and supervising a team.

: £15 / hour + equal share of tronc
: Seasonal (March – November)
: 40-45 hours / week
: 5 days a week (Tuesday – Saturday)
: Statutory (28 days p/a)
: Breakfast 10 / Dinner 20-30
: A small, traditional country Inn set in on the stunning west coast of Scotland. Cuisine is high end gastro with a focus on fresh local produce and classical dishes.
:
- Restaurant — Front of house during dinner service, including directing junior waiting staff, liaising with kitchen, taking payments from guests and light-touch bartending.
- Front desk — Providing a welcoming atmosphere for arriving guests, Inputting booking requests into system, answering phone and emails, check-in / check-out of guests.
- Other — Assisting the kitchen staff with collection of local food produce and placing of food orders to ensure enough stock. Assisting housekeeping staff with occasional room preparation and laundry. Assisting management with preparing, keeping and actioning records of timesheets, expenses, receipts and invoices.
: Free — Bedroom + own bathroom in a shared house with large living room, kitchen, conservatory and garden.
Role: This Role is initially a temporary seasonal position. Due to location this role would suit a driver with own transport.
