Foh/Executive Assistant

A newly created role working for an incredibly successful NY owned investment firm based in their London office in the heart of the West End. A beautiful, modern, and polished office and a very collaborative team where you will carry out a dual EA/FOH role.  You are required to manage the FOH liaising with all clients and ensuring that the office looks polished and runs smoothly at all times, as well as providing EA support to a team of VPs and Associates where you will be carrying out a very busy organisational role including extensive diary management, organising global travel, and events.  Looking for an EA who enjoys the client interaction as well as being super organised and someone who takes pride in their role and the office set up.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years EA experience under their belt and gained within either finance or professional services. Warm, flexible, client focused, meticulous attention to detail, polished, and personable.  Ideally to start as soon as possible.  Offering 1 day working from home.
