Food And Beverage Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with food preparation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and providing support to bartenders and restaurant staff. Responsibilities:
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Set up and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area
- Provide support to bartenders by restocking supplies and assisting with drink preparation
- Assist restaurant staff with taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and sanitation

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Basic bartending skills are a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
