Arkle is our new fine dining concept restaurant, headed up by our new Executive Chef, Elliot Hill. Our fabulous restaurant is at the heart of our hotel and offers the highest quality food and service. We are now accepting applications to join our Arkle team in the role of Food and Beverage Assistant.
The role will cover both afternoon tea service along with evening service.

Duties will include
- Delivering food and beverage to our guests from the restaurant or room service.
- Liaising with the Kitchen team to ensure swift service and correct orders.
- Assisting the restaurant teams in completing set up tasks to ensure deadlines are met and that the restaurant is ready for service.
- Building a rapport with our guests ensuring 5 star service is delivered.
Requirements
The ideal person will have at least 1 years' experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great consistency to our guests. However, we have excellent training in place for those with no experience but who have a great work ethic!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

About Us
The history of Chester and its most famous hotel have been inextricably linked for many decades. Although the existing building dates back to 1865, there has been an inn on this site since the late sixteenth century. Throughout the twentieth century the hotel has earned an enviable reputation for understated elegance, sublime comfort and a relaxed ambience.
The Chester Grosvenor is home to two exciting restaurants, the glamorous two AA Rosette La Brasserie offers all-day casual dining and a beautiful Champagne Bar and our new refined dining restaurant, Arkle, which opened in March 2022 under Executive Chef, Elliot Hill.
