The Recruitment Co are delighted to be recruiting for a Permanent Food and Beverage Manager for their prestigious client in Dundee.
Pay rate: £30,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent
Duties:
- Overseeing the overall operational management of the front-of-house restaurant and bar operations including cost control, productivity, and team training
- Creating menus with the Head Chef
- Managing a team of 25 staff members
- Developing and fostering positive relations through proactive interaction with Guests, Team Members, contractors, and suppliers
- Regularly reviewing services to keep up with current market and regional trends
- Fully responsible for developing the F&B reputation of the hotel through exceptional service delivery and product enhancement
- Drive efficient procurement of stock and effective control of F&B assets
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Food and Beverage Manager
- Knowledge of the Hotel and Hospitality industry
- Excellent knowledge of current trends with the drive to constantly improve.
- The ability to create ideas that are both imaginative and profitable.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Be articulate and commercially focused
- Proven track record of managing a Food & Beverage team.
