WE ARE HIRING for Food & Beverage Team Members.

Be part of our fun Group Interview process and secure a full time or part-time role on the day.

All successful applicants MUST be able to start on 9th April 2024, for their first week of training at our ILH DNA Academy.

Food & Beverage assistants, Bar Tenders, Waiters & Waitresses, Full-time positions available.

Salary up to £22, 568.00 per annum for full-time plus service charge + tips & benefits.

What you’ll be doing

As F&B Assistant you are an essential part of delivering a great dining experience for our guests, whether they are just enjoying a coffee or having a 3 course A La Carte Meal, you’ll be there to welcome them and serve our great food and drinks.

Attending to our guest needs, taking orders and informing guests on menu choices, you will prepare food and drinks as per company guidelines (chef/ kitchen directions) and deliver this in a timely manner to our guests, consistently delivering a high level of customer service.

Working as a team you will ensure that there is a clean area at all times through removing all used crockery, glassware and regularly clearing down tables, stations and counters, follow cash handling procedures when processing payments and if there any guest issues you’ll communicate this promptly to your supervisor or manager.

*As part of this role involves serving alcoholic drinks you will need to be over 18 years old to apply for this position*.

What we would like from you

  • To be able to attend 5 Days F&B Training course for full-time starting Monday 15th April 2024 for all successful full-time applicants.
  • For part-time candidates, all successful candidates must be able to attend 3 Days Mandatory Food & Beverage Training starting 15th April 2024.
  • Must be flexible to be able to work during weekends and bank holidays.
  • Previous experience gained in a customer-facing role or similar position (ideally, a bar tending or waitress background) would be beneficial.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • You will have a good level of spoken and written English. If you speak other languages, this would be advantageous.
  • Confident and engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • You will have the ability to effectively problem solve and find a resolution to our guests’ satisfaction.
  • The Rights to work in the UK with your ID/Passport & Share Code.
