Our busy Best Western Carlton Hotel on the famous north promenade in Blackpool is currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant & bar as well as ensuring standards and customer service across all F&B areas are delivered. You will be a people person, caring for our customers, working with the deputy manager to increase sales and looking at new opportunities.
This is a full-time position with 40hrs over 5 days.
We’re looking for someone who:
- has 2 years supervisory experience in a hotel/hospitality role, within food and beverage
- is comfortable and confident in dealing with the public
- understands the importance of great customer experience
- has a can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
- pays close attention to detail
- can be flexible with shift availability
We're looking for someone to set and maintain service and standards in our F&B operations, who can lead and train the team and who can spot and capitalise on opportunities to drive sales and profitability. In addition, you'll be overseeing the kitchen, stock control and ordering. As we're a multi-skilled team, you may help out on Reception and in guest services too.
