This role has key accountability for food quality and safety, product launch processes and production operational issues. It requires a passion for food, high profirency in food safety and an understandng of the food manufacturing process. The role influences all areas of food production and requires an effective communicator that can not only positively challenge but also advise and make recommendations for improvements.
