Job Description
Food Service Assistant - Part-time evening shift
Monday - Friday
£13.40 per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
To ensure the highest standard of service regarding food, customer service, team member presentation, and efficiency, we serve clients in our staff restaurant and coffee Bar.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Liaise with Management to ensure the catering service is run efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that all product lines are displayed appropriately and are in date.
- Record all necessary hygiene data and file accordingly.
- Assist in monthly stocktaking of all soft drinks, disposables, and confectionary items.
- Ensure that all food & beverage items on offer in the restaurant are presented and served according to the SOP Manual.
- Provide the highest level of customer service at all times during service.
- Liaise with the Supervisor and Management regarding menus and ingredients for each service.
- Carry out general cleaning duties at the end of each service.
- Enter all customer comments and feedback to the departmental management.
- Restock fridges, counters and displays when needed for the current or next service.
- Make sure all areas are left appropriately during the day and at the end of each shift. Any other reasonable request by management.

- F&B product knowledge
