SalaryAs a European food group, the business has several sites across the UK and others within the EE.
As part of the annual growth plan the business is seeking to align its product more closely with sustainable packaging and ingredients suppliers.
This plan seeks to enhance and add to their existing range of products within their chilled and frozen categories and seek to appoint an individual able to operate as part of the wider development team.
Reporting to Senior Development Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting:
- Development of new packing concepts
- Supporting the development of external stakeholders to create pack copy to meet specifications.
- Creating nutritional insights for consumer and customer awareness.
- Manage raw materials to align with concept to launch process and so increase the speed at which new innovations can arrive in market.
Your flexibility to “be involved” is more important than your experience.
As such your desire to learn will increase your opportunity to earn skills which will support your wider career growth across the group.
With 1-3 years’ experience of NPD innovation or technical development, this will provide an opportunity to develop your career and lead to future promotion.
