Civil Engineering contractor having secured a new Water environmental project in the Shepton Mallett area are looking for a Foreman/Supervisor with flood alleviation, Culverts and earthworks experience. This is a long term contract assignment starting ASAP with further contracts beyond if desired.
Duties will include but not be restricted to site supervision of the appointed Sub Contract team, ensuring works are completed to the required standards of materials, quality and workmanship. Helping to coordinate and manage plant and labour resources and scheduling works, overcoming technical queries, dictating and monitoring health and safety procedures and advising the Environment Agency on progress.
The successful candidate will have current SSSTS or SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS card accreditation as a minimum.
