Forklift Driver
Reports to: Supervisor
Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging role in a dynamic warehouse environment? CMT Group is currently seeking a Forklift Driver
to join our team. If you are experienced in handling incoming goods and materials, operating forklifts, and have excellent organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving Goods: Unloading incoming deliveries, checking for damages, and verifying the accuracy of the delivered goods against purchase orders.- Forklift Operation: Operating a forklift to move, stack, and organise goods within the warehouse. Ensuring safe and proper handling of materials.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all areas of the warehouse comply with health and safety legislation. Prioritise and provide a safe working environment for all team members.
- Inventory Management: Keeping track of inventory levels, updating records, and assisting in regular stocktaking activities.
- Quality Control: Inspecting goods for quality and reporting any discrepancies or defects to the relevant departments.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and timely processing of goods.
- Additional Duties: Be flexible and willing to assist with additional duties, including packing orders, to support the business when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must either have experience or preferably hold a current in date Flexi/ Bendi Driver License
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
- Physical fitness, as this role may involve some lifting and manual handling.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
8am - 6pm
