To be the departments expert on all Fostering panel matters. To quality assure documents being presented for panel and minutes following panel. To provide professional supervision and appraisal to a diverse team of panel members. To be knowledgeable in Fostering and Adoption legislation and regulations and how it applies to the work of the panel. To work within (but not limited to) the legislative and statutory framework, 2002 Adoption Act, Fostering Regulations 2011 and the National Minimum Standards, Government Guidance, the City Council's core values, core competency framework strategic aims, and the Department's policies and procedures.
