JOB TITLE: FP&A Analyst

START DATE: ASAP

END DATE: 6 - 12 Months Contract

PAY RATE: Up to £70k per annum (DOE)

LOCATION: Maidenhead (Hybrid)

The Client

Specialising in the emerging market of diagnostics agents , our client is a global medical device leader that has a large product area in Diabetes, Arthritis, Sepsis, Pregnancy and many more. The main purpose for this role is to support the Business Partnering & FP&A for Ireland / Contracts.

Main Accountabilities

• Key contact from a financial perspective for ANI Ireland Commercial Lead.
• Management of Rebates relating to Direct claims by NHS trusts for Contracts Business.
• Key contact from a financial perspective for Vitaflo ensuring accurate accounting and communication between companies.
• Business Partnering with Commercial lead to ensure that all expenses are planned and managed in line with approved guidelines.
• Assist FP&A Manager in preparation of Latest Best Estimate of UK & Ireland P&L reporting and ensure effective quality, communication and timeliness.
• Production of Monthly expense report for UK & Ireland ensuring adequate reporting is included for transparency of operation within the team.
• Production of Internal ANI daily sales reporting for UK & Ireland
• Some Travel may be required (less than 5% of Time) to other Abbott sites and Abbott organised events.

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience in Finance Planning and Analysis or a Commercial Finance function is essential, preferably in a large / multinational organisation.
• Some flexibility in working hours to support US reporting requirements.
• Good communication skills and adaptability within a teamwork structure
• Starter / Finisher mentality
• Excellent computer skills - especially with SAP, Excel and PowerBi
• Business Studies/University education preferred
• CIMA/ACCA Qualified
