Fp&A Analyst

We are seeking a diligent and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our clients Accounting & Finance team in the Energy & Natural Resources sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support key business decisions.

Description

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather data
• Identify trends and potential risks to inform financial strategy
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process
• Drive process improvements within the finance team
• Ensure compliance with finance policies and regulations
• Participate in special projects as required

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (qualified finance ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• System experience with SAP is beneficial
• Significant communications experience - presenting financial analysis to senior management
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Experience with financial systems and databases
