Job Description
- Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Protecting assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
- Providing status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
- Preparing special reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
- Complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
- Achieving budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- An educational background in Accounting & Finance.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience in financial planning and strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
