Fp&A Business Partner

The purpose of the role is to partner with the wider business, both in the UK and overseas, providing them with quality financial information and commentary on how to meet their commercial objectives.
Your new role As the successful candidate, your duties will include:

• Partnering with stakeholders, providing key information to help manage their P&L and budgets.
• Finalising the annual planning process with stakeholders, analysing and challenging key information.
• Managing month-end review meetings with key cost centre managers.
• Creating templates to review accounts and determine WIP, adjusting accruals and prepayments accordingly.
• Partnering with stakeholders to update forecasts accordingly.
• Providing monthly performance updates for the SLT and Board.
• Creating / updating existing Power BI dashboards to enhance insights into the business' data.
• Producing project reporting, creating new projects and working with PMs to create a process for approval.
• Maintain the integrity of the accounting system and continuously review for improvements.
• Providing ad hoc information and analysis required by the SLT.

What you'll need to succeed To be the successful candidate, you will need to have / be:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, or QBE.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• The ability to influence KDM and challenge key decisions.
• Experience in an FP&A / Commercial / Business Partnering role.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (i.e. Power BI) is an advantage.
