SalaryKey responsibilities (but not limited to)Client engagement: collaborate with the HRD to create and deliver proposal, solutions and ongoing account management that exceeds client expectations and aligns with SYLO's goalsHR services: provide timely, expert support across full range of HR issues, policies and practices; leverages reporting to support data-driven decision making aligned with client goals; integrates best practice appropriately to drive improvements.Talent Management: drive consistent approach to help clients attract, onboard, manage, develop, reward and retain their people to meet current and future organisational needs.Culture: partner with clients to understand current and desired culture, identify and implement solutions that drive performance in alignment with client goals, including focus on DEI and Wellbeing.Change management: initiate, plan and manage the continuous process of change to increase likelihood of change succeeding and delivering desired results.Leadership: supervise HR Adviser, contribute to internal projects, collaborate and support colleagues, use initiative, innovate.Partnership: collaborate with Specialist consultants, internal SYLO team and external partners to provide outstanding levels of client service.
Person specification
Qualifications:Chartered Member CIPD (MCIPD), or equivalent educational achievement (Level 7)
Experience:
- Relevant HR experience (generalist or specialist) gained in large complex organisation(s) with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships) and knowledge or experience of working with SMEs (minimum 8 years)
- Up to date with employment law knowledge and HR issues and trends
- Solid experience of operating in a Business Partner model, working with local managers to create positive business outcomes
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
