I have partnered with a world leading organisation who are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team on a 2-year FTC.
You will be joining to assist with an exciting international project, working in partnership with hiring managers to attract diverse talent that will support sites overseas. You will be responsible for the whole recruitment lifecycle, including right to work checks, negotiating offers and managing the ATS.You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational culture to ensure the success of their expansion. You should have an understanding of HR practices and a good understanding of employment laws.
You should have international recruiting experience, and a track record of successfully placing candidates within diverse cultural and geographical context. Have proven experience as an HR Generalist with the ability to translate goals into strategies.
