We are delighted to be working with one of Oxford's most renowned businesses who are looking to recruit a part-time, temporary HR Business Partner to help implement changes within the business.
As HR Business Manager, you will be working 22.5 hours a week within a temporary contract of 12 weeks to start asap.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Advising and managing all HR aspects
. Supporting department managers on leadership and performance
. Advising and developing new HR processes
. Implementing all relevant changes into the department and ensuring all changes are communicated
The ideal candidate will be:
. Professional, proactive and communicative
. Experience working as a Business Partner
