HR Business Partner - International Recruitment Focus

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner with a global mindset and a deep understanding of international HR practices and employment laws to join our global client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established HR team and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational culture, ensuring successful recruitment processes, and providing expertise and support to line managers.
Day to Day of the role:
- Manage a transparent and legally compliant full-cycle recruitment process for various international locations.
- Partner with hiring managers to attract talent and a diverse workforce.
- Handle sourcing, selection, documentation, Right to Work checks, background checks, offer negotiations, and management of the resume database and Roster.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Provide expertise on labour laws and cultural considerations to inform HR strategies.
- Support line managers in people management activities throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven international internal recruiting experience with success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across global markets.
- In-depth knowledge of international employment law and regulations.
- CIPD level 5 or above qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Strong IT skills, proficient in the use of Google Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies.
- Ability to obtain DBS Security Clearance and eligibility for SC clearance.
