Fp&A Director

You will work directly with, and report into, the CFO. You will work with senior stakeholders and collate meaningful analysis to present and challenge accordingly. You will also be responsible for monthly forecasting, budgeting , financial controlling, and monitoring the P&L.

Be a trusted partner to the CFO.

Drive the profitability and growth of the business, looking for improvements and providing suggestions

You will also be responsible for budget planning, monthly forecasting, controlling, and monitoring the P&L and Balance Sheet

Prepare monthly performance reviews, including close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact on all finance-related matters

Provide analytical reports and high-level messages to support informed business decision-making

Take on overall ownership for all controlling, planning, and reporting

Manage the implementation of state of the art controlling and reporting processes

Oversee business improvements across the businesses

Profile

Qualified - ACA / ACCA / CIMA

Strong business partnering skills

Previous experience in a similar role

Experinece with Power BI or similar is a must

Job Offer

£100,000 - £130,000 + 40% bonus

2 days a week from office, Farnborough, Surrey
