Axon Moore are delighted to be working alongside a PE Backed, high growth retailer who are looking to bring in a high calibre FP&A Manager into their team to support the ongoing growth of the business.
Reporting to the FD, with exposure to a US FP&A Director, and direct exposure to Private Equity, this is a highly visible role in the business, providing significant opportunity to progress your career quickly. With an already well established controls function, our client is looking to build out a commercial arm to finance, starting with this position - providing the successful post-holder with the opportunity to create something in their own image and take control of its future direction.
Whilst this $500m t/o PE Backed retailer continuing to grow at an exciting rate, the organisation also prides itself on an excellent work life balance and a flexible environment. Offering 2 days a week working at home, this South Manchester based business is ideal for individuals looking for the next step toward a senior commercial position in finance.
This role would be ideally suited to any individual currently working in a large, or SME Retailer, or omni-channel business setting, with proven experience of providing commercial insight into business performance across multiple product lines.
