Do you want to be able to drive strategic decision making?
Finitas are paired with a London based insurance company looking for a new FP&A Manager to manage all FP&A activities and give recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. You will be experienced within Insurance with a strong appreciation for technology, be a qualified accountant, and have experience with Pricing Models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the financial planning process within the company
- Analyse financial data and results to improve financial performance
- Develop dashboards and models to track key financial metrics
- Contribute to financial reporting including presenting to the board
Key Skills/Experience:
- Qualified Accountant
- Educated to degree level
- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate effectively to non-financial colleagues
- Strong leadership skills with continuous improvement in mind
