Job Description
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to various department heads.
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Drive process improvements within the finance department.
- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Manager / Finance Business Partner should have:
- Professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, or similar.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong skills in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- The ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
