£20,516 - £25,646 per annum.

We are looking to recruit a Fractional Lecturer in Plumbing to join our team to provide a high-quality level of teaching, learning and assessment, plus off-site support for apprentices and their employers.
You will be expected to maintain academic standards, keeping abreast of curriculum developments, and participate in course design, assessment and monitoring. You will also get involved in student recruitment, interviewing, induction and counselling, and act as a course tutor to appropriate student groups.
The ideal candidate for the role must hold a recognised Level 3 Plumbing qualification, combined with relevant and recent industrial experience. An assessor qualification would be an advantage. (Teacher training will be available if you are not already qualified)
You will be a well organised and flexible individual, able to effectively manage your own time and resources, with excellent communication skills, able to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups in a clear and engaging manner.
You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car as external visits will be required in the role.
