In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, professionally produced assets for use across print, electronic, and various other formats while ensuring the integrity of our visual brands, including HCRG Care Group, HCRG Health & Social Care, and their sub-brands.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the possibility of utilising office space if preferred and location permits. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in understanding project requirements, adhering to brand styles, and maintaining design consistency. Main ResponsibilitiesWorking with colleagues to establish design needs and deliver outcomes
Meet with colleagues from across the business to understand their needs and refine
design briefs
Interpret and refine written briefs submitted, ensuring clarity of need and alignment
with the organisational strategy, Brand Guidelines and desired outcomes
Managing an approval and amends process with internal clients
Working with existing templates and visual brand guidance to produce materials
Producing high quality materials such as posters, leaflets, flyers, forms, electronic artwork
On approval artwork files for print production or supply
Managing the design diary and external suppliers
Managing priorities so tasks are delivered within timeframes and aligned to organisational need
Work with our external suppliers when needed to secure good value and high quality outputs
Ensuring the most effective and efficient use of resources

The Ideal CandidateWhat we're looking for:
Experienced using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro.
Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel and PPT to an advance level, with additonal knowledge of using marketing tools such as Wordpress, Hootsuite, Campaigner.
Marketing, design or brand experience or qualifications.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proven experience of stakeholder/client management.
It would be desirable if you have an understanding of England’s health and care system, particularly the role of Commissioners and the independent sector.
