- Job levelling: reviewing/editing the Machine Learning generated content outputs across job levels within a job family
- Job family creation: use the company platform and AI to consolidate job titles and build out job families
- Collaborate with the Machine Learning team to provide feedback and improve talent ranking algorithms.
Requirements of this Job Ranking/Reward Specialist
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment, with a focus on job level rankings.
- Familiarity with talent assessment methodologies and ranking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Tech-savvy and an interest in AI-powered tools and platforms would be preferable
