About the role:
The role will involve all aspects of reward including –
- Supporting the reward transformation delivery, implementing a new pay progression approach, embedding out new levelling and job architecture framework
- You will lead on conducting total reward market analysis globally, making data driven recommendations
- Support salary range analysis, design and creation
- Support implementation of the reward offering including bonus incentives and benefits, for the new single organisation
About you:
You will have previous experience of working in a similar compensation and benefits role, ideally from a large global business.
Job levelling and role alignment is a key part to this role aligned to the Willis Towers Watson methodology, therefore experience on this is highly desirable but not essential.
You will have a passion for working in the Reward field, demonstrate an awareness of current trends and will have the energy to research and present your ideas and findings.
Intermediate to advanced excel skills are essential for this
