My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
They specialise in Industrial, Education and Retail projects.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyors who have experience working in one of their relevant sectors.
The successful Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Experience working on Industrial, Education or Retail projects is essential
- Main contractor background
- Degree qualified
