The Responsibilities;
- Managing site co-ordination
- Managing Sub-contractors
- Completion of paperwork
- Adhere to all Health & Safety Policies
Project: consists of 12 x 1 bed apartments with Staff Room (New Build)
Project Phase:
- Decoration
- 2nd Fix works (internal)
- Drainage & external groundwork finishings
Essential Requirements:
- SMSTS
- 5 day First Aid
- Reliable & Punctual
- 2 x Relevant working references
