Tasks and responsibilities of the Freight Customer Specialist who will report into the Operations Manager:

• Full documentation process for Import / Export depending on the department of the role
• Liasing with internal and external teams
• Spot quotes for customers for shipping solutions
• Managing, tracking and reporting on the shipment process from start to finish
• Completing customs documentation
• Commute to Manchester

Profile

The Ideal Freight Customer Specialist will have the following skills and attributes:

• Experience across Road, Air or Sea Freight
• Commercial understanding of Imports and Exports
• Customs knowledge (Not Required)
• Great attention to detail
• Organisation and Communication skills
• Commute to Manchester
