Hays are recruiting for a number of customer service administrators. These roles are immediate starting and are on an ongoing basis, minimum 6 months. These positions are for a professional service-based business in central Manchester.
Your new role
You will be responsible for full administrative support for the Customer Support team. This position involves a large amount of data processing, supporting customers with confidential data and personal information. You will search accounts, update the system, log information, you will ensure data is entered accurately, formats are followed correctly, you will send letters and emails where appropriate, you will scan documents, correct information, you will respond to queries and questions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent IT skills, strong attention to detail, you will be quality focused, you will have work in administration, you will work to a high standard, you will offer a tailored approach to clients and customers, you will be positive and keen to learn. You will be comfortable with the necessary background checks for a financial service-based business.
What you'll get in return
This role is immediate starting, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.15 pm. The rate of pay is £14.14 per hour, opportunity for permanent positions performance dependent.
