Customer Support Administrator

Hays are recruiting for a number of temporary Customer Support Administrators. The roles are office based in central Manchester.
Your new role
The position's will involve a high level of data processing, supporting customers with inbound calls, emails, live chat, SMS an Post. You will search for accounts, retrieve historical data, log information, send emails and letters, scan information, provide quotes, deal with queries and any other duties required via the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent attention to detail, good software skills, you will be positive and immediately available for work on an on-going temporary basis.
What you'll get in return
This role is immediate starting, paying £12.00 - £13.00 per hour, excellent business with modern offices.
