She’s looking for somebody to come in and support with order processing, orders differ in value and size so complete diversity, and you’ll also be liaising with suppliers and obtaining quotes from customers. She has a vision to make this department become more proactive and sleek so it’s easier for you, and she’s nearly at the end, with this hire, the department will be running perfectly.
What’s so good about this is the exposure you’ll have, the support and backing from your Manager and being able to bring your own ideas to the table for process improvements. It’s so exciting!!

All she’s looking for in return is someone with equal energy to her and the team, someone who has experience in order processing and Sales Support so you understand the fundamentals and Excel skills – whether that be VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables or Formulae. It’s a must!
