We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a leading logistics and freight forwarding company.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in the Freight Forwarding sector.
This role is pivotal in growing our client base and maintaining strong relationships with customers through exceptional service in road, sea, and air freight.
Day to day of the role:- Proactively generate leads and initiate cold calls to prospective customers.
- Develop and nurture leads into loyal customers through various channels, including phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Assess client needs and respond with tailored solutions to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services and be a knowledgeable resource for informing and advising clients.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience within the Freight Forwarding sector.
- Comprehensive experience in road, sea, and air Freight Sales.
- Familiarity with the Baltics market is desirable - not mandatory
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with a dynamic approach to sales.
