Our client is an innovative provider of all logistics services within sea freight, road freight, road transport, air freight, rail freight, third party logistics, distribution, home delivery for e-commerce and warehousing services.
We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a leading logistics and freight forwarding company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in the freight industry. This role is pivotal in growing our client database and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
- Proactively generate leads and initiate cold calls to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, converting leads into loyal customers through various channels, including phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Build and cultivate relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Assess client needs and respond with tailored solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's services to inform and advise clients effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the Freight Forwarding sector.
- Comprehensive experience in road, sea, and air freight sales.
- Familiarity with the Baltics market is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Results driven with a dynamic approach to sales.
