Internal Sales Executive 

Salary - £29,000pa (Negotiable dependant on experience)

Based in Erith

Our client is an innovative provider of all logistics services within sea freight, road freight, road transport, air freight, rail freight, third party logistics, distribution, home delivery for e-commerce and warehousing services.

We are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a leading logistics and freight forwarding company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in the freight industry. This role is pivotal in growing our client database and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

• Proactively generate leads and initiate cold calls to prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, converting leads into loyal customers through various channels, including phone calls and virtual meetings.
• Build and cultivate relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Assess client needs and respond with tailored solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's services to inform and advise clients effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within the Freight Forwarding sector.
• Comprehensive experience in road, sea, and air freight sales.
• Familiarity with the Baltics market is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results driven with a dynamic approach to sales.
