Our returning Clients are seeking an experienced, flexible, proactive and resourceful EA/PA to work a Family in their fully-staffed household in Cap-D'Ail, Southeastern France (near Monaco)
Your primary duties will be to ensure that the Family’s business and personal lives run smoothly on a day to day basis. You will also be liaising regularly with Family office teams in London and NYC
This is a Live-out role, and you will be based primarily at the Family home in Cap-D'Ail. Your usual working week will be based on a Monday-Friday schedule, however with occasional out-of-hours flexibility expected in this type of role. There may also be a requirement for occasional travel with the Principals
Candidates should be bilingual (fluent English and French) and should have both EA and Private PA experience. The role would suit a hardworking, and highly adaptable individual, with excellent local knowledge and who is well-connected. Candidates should be discrete and possesses excellent communication skills
The role may suit Monaco-based candidates within commuting distance to Cap-D'Ail, and with own transport
Daily duties including:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the Family’s day-to day lives
- Extensive diary management
- Scheduling appointments
- Managing business appointments and agendas
- Overseeing email correspondence
- Assisting with a variety of special projects as directed
- Personal errands

- Be eligible to work in the European Union, and be based near Monaco
- Have a valid EU passport
- Be fluent in the English and French Languages
- Have a valid police record check or be willing to obtain one
- Have excellent contactable references
- Have 5+ years of both PA & EA experience, and of working within a private household
