Duties

• Take inbound enquiries from customers and provide guidance and advice on new products or services
n
• Organize and coordinate the post sales administration
n
• Process orders
n
• Liaise with the warehouse and manage the returns
n
• Upload information onto a database
n
• Deal calmly and helpfully where there is a complaint
n
• Liaise regularly with the external team of freelance sales reps
n
• Use translation and copywriting skills.
n
• Attend occasional events
n

• Fluent Spanish, French and English

• Previous customer care experience
n
• Ms office skills
